Copyright & Image Use
Credits matter. So do the rights attached to every photograph and article.

Text, design and photographs
Sluberflow Daily publishes original explanations and site design. Any rights in original material are reserved to the extent those rights exist under applicable law. Individual photographs remain the property of their credited owners and follow the specific licenses or public-use terms shown on the Photo credits page.
The site includes Creative Commons-licensed, public-domain or provider-licensed images. A license may require attribution, a link to the license and a notice of modifications. The credits record resized images and any known crop or other changes. Availability on a news site alone is not permission to copy a photograph.
Before reusing an image
Check the source page and exact license. Do not assume every image is public domain, remove a required credit, imply endorsement or disregard separate privacy, publicity or trademark rights. Creative Commons and provider terms may differ. You are responsible for your own proposed reuse.
Report an ownership concern
Contact the publisher using the Contact page. Identify the protected work, the Sluberflow URL, your role as owner or authorized representative, the basis of the concern and a reply address. Provide sufficient details to investigate without sending unnecessary sensitive information.
This contact process does not claim a registered DMCA agent, statutory safe-harbor status or a jurisdiction-specific notice mechanism that the operator has not established. Rights and procedures under applicable law remain available.
